1. If you’re using Dynamic Tape for the first time, it’s recommended to consult a professional before use.
2. Stretch your muscles as much as possible, and apply the tape without stretching it.
3. Cut the tape to match the size of the muscle. Peel off the backing paper, anchor one end to the muscle, and apply the rest along the shape of the muscle.
4. Stretching the tape during application may cause skin irritation.
5. Do not use lotion or cream on the skin before applying.
6. If you have sensitive skin, cut a small piece and test it first to check for any reaction.
7. If irritation occurs, stop using it. (Avoid use on atopic or sensitive skin, and do not use if you have allergies.)
8. If you shower with the tape on, dry the taping area well.
9. For long-term use, it’s recommended to tape for 2–3 days and then take a one-day break.
10. Do not use on damaged skin, bleeding areas, or trouble areas.
11. When removing the tape, press down on the skin and gently peel it off along the direction of the muscle, rather than pulling it off all at once.
12. The tape can be removed after 2–3 days. Its water-repellent fabric allows you to shower while wearing it.
13. After taking a shower, tap the moisture with a dry towel to dry it.
14. If you’ve been sweating heavily, the salt concentration on your skin may increase, so it's best to remove the tape promptly.
15. Rounding the edges of the tape before use helps prevent them from peeling and makes it more comfortable to wear.
